I have been in the restaurant business since my freshman year in high school. I created most of the original recipes for Harrigans and later was a partner in the the Don Pablo's concept in 1984. We became a publicly traded company in 1993. I retired from that company in 1999 .I and two partners started a new concept named FRESCO'S COCINA MEXICANA in northeast Fortworth and now have a second location in a historic old town suburb of Fortworth, called Burleson Texas. All my kids have been at the vast number of locations of restaurants I have been involved in running all these years. I am getting older and they remain the same age. I have been married 24 years to my high school best friends (Joe Bilbro) sister (Alice). She is a retired RN. I do miss many of the friends from those days and have not been able to keep in touch with. Hello to all! |

It's great to hear from so many people. I'm really sorry that we didn't make it to the reunion, it would be great to catch up in person. We hope to make it to the next reunion so keep in touch! I married my high school sweetheart, Russell Moore 30 yrs ago tomorrow, so you can go to his profile to catch up on the last 30 yrs of our lives and I am going to get back to studying for finals. Only 1 yr of clinicals and I'll have my Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies!!

Wow!, How do you cram 30 yrs of life, love, and hard times into 2 paragraphs? Donna (Parks) and I married Aug. 5, 1977. We have 4 kids, but lost one to cancer in 2000. She was 15. I was also deeply hurt when Robert Fry was lost in a plane crash; we were very good friends. I have been working in construction since high school. I have built trophy cases for Texas Tech, woodwork and trim for James Avery in the Mall, built a major art piece for Dr. Don Bricker, spent 2 years in Hawaii remodeling a residence for a wealthy engineer and we lived in Dallas for 4 years where I built cabinets and trimmed new houses. But, enough about me; Donna is the real focus in our life right now. She is graduating from the Texas Tech P.A. (Physician Assistant) didactic program with a white coat ceremony on Aug. 8, 2007. After one more year of clinicals, she'll be a P.A.!! I am so proud of her and I can't wait to start spending her money. We hope all is well for everyone, and sorry we missed the reunion. We would like to have shown off our 9 month old grandson, Carson!!

Wow! Time flies! After nearly 20 years in broadcasting and TV management I moved to San Antonio where I run my own multimedia company and will start teaching broadcast journalism next August. I want to finish my masters degree so I can teach at a near by college so my kids ( 9 and 10) can go to school for free. I can hardly wait to see everyone in August!

Yep, still in Lubbock. Married 25 years to the same gal, Angi (used to be Jensen, CHS class of '78). Two kids -twins, one of each - who are now 16, brilliant, and attending good ol' CHS like their mom and pop.I've been at Texas Tech for 13+ years, and have moved into the ranks of middle management. Woo hoo. Life is good! The reunion weekend was a great success, and I feel privileged to work with such a wonderful committee putting it together. You know, back in the day everyone had their groups that they ran around with and didn’t know a lot of folks from the other groups, which is understandable with a class as large as ours. But working with this committee, and hanging out with the folks on Friday and Saturday, all of that disappeared. I “met” people that I really didn’t know back then, and yet we were like a big family Friday and Saturday, and created a whole new batch of memories. I can't wait to see and keep in touch with everyone in the coming months and years |

Wow, 30 years....seems like it was just yesterday I was walking the halls of Coronado and today I have just woke up from having one of those long dreams... Let's see a couple of years after high school I jumped in my 4x4 truck and toured the US for a couple of months and landed in Reno, NV for a couple of years. Came back to Lubbock for a quick stay and headed to Dallas where I am today...well actually I live in St. Paul, on Lake Lavon. I married in 1987 and had my son in '88 and my daughter in '93. I work in downtown Dallas in the marketing department of a construction company, volunteer at the Women's Museum and generally just stay busy. Looking forward to seeing those of you that make it to the reunion. FAST FORWARD 10 YEARS..... I am divorced and living in Wylie, TX just minutes away from my son and his family, which has made me a grandmother twice :) I lost my 20 year old daughter in 2013 and am still struggling to live with the pain and grief. I still work in Dallas but have been at Parkland Hospital for the last 6 years. I hope to make it to the reunion this time. |

2007 and Well, I'm still here in Lubbock. I was interested in race cars and continue the interest. I'm rebuilding my High School car, fast Vega with the white mags, remember. 1977 was a terrific year and miss cruising and hanging out with those close friends. |

Married Gary in 1978. Moved to Austin February 14, 1980. Moved to Cedar Creek in Bastrop County just SE of Austin in 1981 and have been here ever since. We have 3 amazing children ages 21, 18 and 10. We have 110 acres that we ranch. We love being in the country but having major shopping access within 30 minute drive is a plus. Gary has owned his own company since 1993. After 20 years in the banking and lending industriy, I began working with him full time in 2000 as the office manager. Trim Works Drywall and Interior Trim has 12 employees and 30 to 40 subcontractors. I push paper and lots of it. We work hard and play hard and life is good!
